"Benchmark Concrete Cutting cored a hole in my sidewalk curb for me to put a drain pipe through. I was unsure because of a previous company that came out but left because they couldn’t do it. They didn’t want to drill it from behind, but drilling from the front would make the drain pipe slope the wrong way.
Willie was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions on the phone. He assured me he could core it from behind and it would come out in the right place and be a clean hole and wouldn’t “blow out.”
He personally came to the job and measured carefully and made sure the job was done right. He had a 3.75 inch core bit for my 3.5 inch pipe, when the other companies only had 4.0 inch. He drilled from the backside so he could get a slight downward pitch for proper draining. The hole was very clean and came out right on the gutter where it should have. GREAT JOB!"

I called Willie from Benchmark to hear my concerns and look over the plan. We arranged to meet at the job site and he quickly came up with great ideas on how to transition the end cut to give it a nice radius, which gave it a custom look.
